About Kristen
Kristen Lane is a certified yoga instructor who has been teaching
a variety of yoga classes since 1998. Her unique background as an athlete and public speaker has enabled her to gain
a deeper understanding of her students' physical abilities, and motivate them in clear and humorous manner to achieve new
goals. In 2007, the Pittsburgh City Paper named her "Best Yoga Instructor" in their annual reader's poll.
In addition to teaching X~Yoga classes, Kristen
teaches "Yoga Raqs" - a yoga class especially for Bellydancers, and "Mind, Body, & Pole" - yoga
and fitness pole fusion.
